What if I want to reserve a group of rooms?
For large groups needing ten or more rooms, please use our Group Reservations Online Request Form. A member of the Group Reservations team will email or call you with hotel availability and room rates.
Who should be using the Choice Hotels International Online Request For Proposal(RFP)?
Travel agents, conference organizers, meeting planners or individuals who want the convenience of a one-stop-shop for planning a meeting or event that requires meeting space - with or without guest rooms. We will save you time and effort when booking a hotel.
If I submit a group block request via the Sports Reservations Online Request Form, when will I receive a reply with room night options?
You will be contacted within 72 hours.
Will the rate I receive online be the same as booking with the hotel directly or can I get a better rate working with the hotel direct?
The best available rate and certain special rate programs offered online are the same as those offered at the property. However, if you are a member of one of our sports partners’ organizations, you will need to book online or by calling the Choice Sports Desk at 877.240.AWAY (2929) and provide your discount code for you to receive the discount off of the best available rate.
