Why am I having trouble signing in?
I am a travel agent, do I need an online profile?
Yes, travel agents should continue to log in using their IATA number when visiting the site to book reservations on behalf of their clients. You must enter the IATA number by accessing the "Travel Professionals" tab.
Travel agents wishing to book their own personal reservations may create a personal profile by clicking here. Your IATA number may not be used in the creation of this profile. Travel agents may only log in using either their IATA number or sign in to their personalized travel profile at any given time, but may not log into both simultaneously.

Why am I having trouble signing in?
- You may not have created an online profile yet. Click here to create an online profile. All customers, including Choice Privileges members, need to create an online profile to sign in.
- You may have entered an incorrect user name or password. If you have forgotten your user name or password, click here.
- Your user name and password are case sensitive. You may have entered one or more characters of your user name or password with the incorrect case, or you may have your caps lock turned on. Please verify your entry and check your caps lock setting.
