Choice Hotels Teams up with Concur for Paperless Receipts

If your company is a client of Concur, we’ve got good news: Choice Hotels has selected Concur to deliver travel receipts electronically.

For your travelers to benefit from this relationship, make sure the Concur efolio receipt functionality is enabled for Choice Hotels. Then encourage travelers to book hotel accommodations at Choice Hotels locations in the U.S. and Canada through Concur® Cliqbook Travel or Concur® Travel and Expense. Once the trip is complete and the payment has been made, the electronic receipt information—including folio data—will be sent from the Choice hotel back to Concur and displayed to the business traveler and manager. The process eliminates the need to collect or audit paper receipts.

This relationship with Concur is the latest step Choice Hotels has taken to deliver the services that are important to our corporate customers. At our customers’ request, Choice Hotels also transmits data to the major credit card companies, including American Express®, MasterCard® and Visa®.
