The committee also reviews the company's diversity goals and achievement.
Diversity Advisory Council - This council of leaders from across the organization provide input and feedback on inclusion and diversity initiatives. Additionally, members of the Advisory Council act as diversity and inclusion advocates (champions) across the organization.
Supplier Diversity Program - Choice Hotels is committed to diversifying its vendor base to include more minority and women owned vendors. We benefit from increased purchasing options as well as new ideas and processes from a diverse community of vendors.

Minority Ownership Incentive - We are committed to creating a diverse franchise population through action, financial incentives and work with African American, Hispanic, and Native American individuals to facilitate the franchising process.
Women's Business Alliance of Choice Hotels - an organization comprised of Choice Hotels' franchisees and associates whose mission is to connect Choice's women franchisees with one another both professionally and socially, promote the growth and development of women, afford women a forum to give back, and to act as a sounding board for women's issues in the workplace.
