Airline Rewards Program

1. You must be a member of a participating airline program to earn Airline Rewards.


2. You must provide your valid frequent flyer number at check-in. Guest name must match frequent flyer membership name to earn Airline Rewards.


3. In order to receive Airline Rewards for your stays in Hawaii, you must make your reservations at choicehotels.com or by calling 800.4CHOICE and provide your frequent flyer number.


4. You may earn 250 miles with Aeroplan®, Alaska Airlines Mileage Plan, the American Airlines AAdvantage® program, Continental Airlines OnePass®, Delta SkyMiles®, Frecuenta by Mexicana, Northwest Airlines® WorldPerks®, Southwest Airlines Rapid Rewards®, FREE SPIRIT™, United Mileage Plus®, and US Airways® Dividend Miles® or receive 0.5 Southwest Airlines Rapid Rewards® credits per eligible stay at any Comfort Inn®, Comfort Suites®, Quality®, Sleep Inn®, Clarion®, Cambria Suites®, MainStay Suites®, Econo Lodge® and Rodeway Inn® hotels in the United States, Canada, Europe, Mexico and the Caribbean.


5. You can earn 600 Qantas Frequent Flyer points for every qualifying stay at any Choice hotel in the United States, Canada, Europe, Mexico and the Caribbean.


6. You can earn 3 Qantas Frequent Flyer points for every Australian dollar charged to your room for qualifying stays in Australia or 600 Qantas Frequent Flyer points at any Choice hotel in New Zealand, Singapore, Papua New Guinea, Fiji, American Samoa and New Caledonia.


7. You can only earn Airline Rewards in one airline program per qualifying stay.


8. Airline Rewards can only be earned by one person per room per stay.


9. "Stay" is defined as any number of consecutive nights at one hotel regardless of check-ins or check-outs.


10. You must pay for and occupy the room in order to receive Airline Rewards.


11. Airline Rewards are earned on the following rate plans (SRPs): Standard, Corporate (SCR, CORP), VIP Rates (SPC), Net Preferred (SNP), Government/Military (SGM, GOVT), 50+ Mature Traveler (SSC), Traveler's Discount (STD), AAA/CAA (S3A, AAA, LAAA), Inn-to-Inn (SII), PSTDB, PSTDC, P2BB1D, P3BB2D, Small/Significant Organization Savings (SSO), Sixty Plus Rate (SSV), Sports Rate (LSPRT), CPSA (LR7), Negotiated Rates (N) and select LSRPs (LBEST, LDEAL, LHOME, LNINE, LGDS, LPCT, LCORP, LSTATE, LTFT, LGO, L5, L10, L15 and L20).


12. Allow 6-8 weeks for Airline Rewards to be credited to your frequent flyer account.


13. Once Airline Rewards have been credited to your designated frequent flyer account, they cannot be moved to another participating frequent flyer program account.

20. Northwest Airlines®: Participation in WorldPerks® is subject to the terms and conditions of the WorldPerks Program.


21. Qantas: You must be a member of the Qantas Frequent Flyer program to earn and redeem points in accordance with the Terms and Conditions of the Qantas Frequent Flyer program. A joining fee applies.


22. Southwest Airlines®: All Rapid Rewards rules and regulations apply. Southwest Airlines Rapid Rewards® Members must present their account number to receive 0.5 credits per stay. Members must allow 4-6 weeks after hotel stay for credits to be deposited into their Rapid Rewards account.

24. United®: Miles accrued and awards issued are subject to the terms and conditions of the United Mileage Plus® program.


25. US Airways®: All Dividend Miles® terms and conditions apply.

1. You must be a member of a participating airline program and abide by that program's rules and regulations to exchange Choice Privileges points for Airline Rewards.


2. You may redeem 5,000 Choice Privileges points for 1,000 miles with Air Canada Aeroplan®, Alaska Airlines Mileage Plan, American Airlines AAdvantage® program, Continental Airlines OnePass®, Delta SkyMiles®, Frecuenta by Mexicana, Northwest Airlines® WorldPerks®, FREE SPIRIT™, United Mileage Plus® or US Airways® Dividend Miles® or 6,000 Choice Privileges points for 2.0 Southwest Airlines Rapid Rewards® credits by redeeming your Choice Privileges points online or by calling the Choice Service Center and providing your frequent flyer number or visiting choiceprivileges.com.


3. Airline Rewards cannot be exchanged for Choice Privileges points.


4. Allow 6-8 weeks for Airline Rewards to be posted to your airline account when redeeming Choice Privileges points for Airline Rewards.


5. Changes, reissuance or recredit of Choice Privileges points is not allowed once you have made a request to exchange Choice Privileges points for Airline Rewards.


6. Until December 31, 2008 you may redeem EA$Y CHOICE cards for Airline Rewards. Namely, 6 stamps=750 airline miles/1.0 credit and 10 stamps=1500 airline miles/2.0 credits. Choose 750/1500 miles from Aeroplan®, Alaska Airlines Mileage Plan, American Airlines AAdvantage® program, Continental Airlines OnePass®, Delta SkyMiles®, Frecuenta by Mexicana, Northwest Airlines® WorldPerks®, FREE SPIRIT™, United Mileage Plus® or US Airways® Dividend Miles® or 1.0 or 2.0 Southwest Airlines Rapid Rewards® credits.


7. Partially filled EA$Y CHOICE cards cannot be combined to obtain a single award.


8. Credit for any additional stamps on an EA$Y CHOICE card redeemed for the 6-stamp award will not be given.


9. EA$Y CHOICE cards must include all the required information for redemption.


10. EA$Y CHOICE cards redeemed for Airline Rewards must include additional information.


11. Please allow 6-8 weeks for processing of EA$Y CHOICE cards being redeemed for Airline Rewards.
