Airline Rewards Program

1. You must be a member of a participating airline program to earn Airline Rewards.


2. You must provide your valid frequent flyer number at check-in. Guest name must match frequent flyer membership name to earn Airline Rewards.


3. In order to receive Airline Rewards for your stays in Hawaii, you must make your reservations at choicehotels.com or by calling 800.4CHOICE and provide your frequent flyer number.


4. You may earn 250 miles with Aeroplan®, Alaska Airlines Mileage Plan, the American Airlines AAdvantage® program, Continental Airlines OnePass®, Czech Airlines OK Plus, Delta SkyMiles®, MexicanaGO, FREE SPIRIT™, United Mileage Plus®, and US Airways® Dividend Miles® or receive 0.5 Southwest Airlines Rapid Rewards® credits per eligible stay at any Comfort Inn®, Comfort Suites®, Quality®, Sleep Inn®, Clarion®, Ascend Collection®, Cambria Suites®, MainStay Suites®, Econo Lodge® and Rodeway Inn® hotels in the United States, Canada, Europe, (excluding Denmark, Estonia, Finland, Iceland, Latvia, Lithuania, Norway and Sweden), Mexico, Australasia (including Australia, New Zealand, Singapore, Papua New Guinea and Fiji) and the Caribbean.


5. You can earn 10 Air New Zealand Airpoints Dollars, 600 Qantas Frequent Flyer points or 600 Velocity Rewards points for every qualifying stay at any Choice hotel in the United States, Canada, Europe, (excluding Denmark, Estonia, Finland, Iceland, Latvia, Lithuania, Norway and Sweden), Mexico and the Caribbean.


6. You can earn 1 Air New Zealand Airpoints Dollars for every 20 Australian dollars or 20 New Zealand dollars charged to the room for qualifying stays in New Zealand or Australia or 10 Air New Zealand Airpoints Dollars at any Choice hotel in Singapore, Papua New Guinea and Fiji. Eligible charges include: accommodation, tax, restaurant, bar charges, laundry and phone calls. Air New Zealand Airpoints are not earned on conference costs or tours and packages purchased via your room account. Air New Zealand Airpoints Dollars are also not earned on purchases from retail outlets.


7. You can earn 3 Qantas Frequent Flyer points for every Australian dollar charged to your room for qualifying stays in Australia or 600 Qantas Frequent Flyer points at any Choice hotel in New Zealand, Singapore, Papua New Guinea and Fiji. Eligible charges include: accommodation, tax, restaurant, bar charges, laundry and phone calls. Qantas Frequent Flyer points are not earned on conference costs or tours and packages purchased via your room account. Qantas Frequent Flyer points are also not earned on purchases from retail outlets.


8. You can earn 3 Velocity Rewards points for every Australian dollar or New Zealand dollar charged to the room for qualifying stays in Australia or New Zealand or 600 Velocity Rewards points at any Choice hotel in Singapore, Papua New Guinea and Fiji. Eligible charges include: accommodation, tax, restaurant, bar charges, laundry and phone calls. Velocity Rewards points are not earned on conference costs or tours and packages purchased via your room account. Velocity Rewards points are also not earned on purchases from retail outlets.


9. You can only earn Airline Rewards in one airline program per qualifying stay.


10. Airline Rewards can only be earned by one person per room per stay.


11. "Stay" is defined as any number of consecutive nights at one hotel regardless of check-ins or check-outs.


12. You must pay for and occupy the room in order to receive Airline Rewards.


13. Airline Rewards are earned on the following rate plans (SRPs): Standard, Corporate (SCR, CORP), VIP Rates (SPC), Net Preferred (SNP), Government/Military (SGM, GOVT), Traveler's Discount (STD), AAA/CAA (S3A, AAA, LAAA), PSTDB (Ireland only), PSTDC (Ireland only), P2BB1D, P3BB2D, Small Organization Savings/Significant Savings (SSO), Senior Rate (SSC), Sports Rate (LSPRT), CPSA (LR7), negotiated rates (N), and select LSRPs (LAKES, LBEST, LCLUB, LDEAL, LFPLP, LFPLPX, LFSSR, LGOC, LGWAYS, LHOME, LNINE, LGDS, LORBZ, LPCT, LCORP, LSTATE, LTFT, LGO, L5, L10, L15 and L20). The following rates are available in Europe only: LSTAND (France, Spain, Portugal, Belgium, Germany, Italy, Czech Republic, and Switzerland only), LSOIR1 (France, Spain, Portugal and Belgium only), PFRANC (France, Spain, Portugal and Belgium only), SWK (France, Spain, Portugal, Belgium, Germany, Italy, Czech Republic, and Switzerland only), LSUN (Germany, Italy, Czech Republic, Switzerland and the United Kingdom only) and LSNOW (Czech Republic, France, Germany, Italy, Portugal, Switzerland and the United Kingdom only). Also all other rates that are 20% or less off Best Available Rate; except LNET, LNET2, LNET3, LEXP, tour series and group rates are point eligible. The following rate is available in Australasia only: LCOR (not valid for Amtrak Guest Rewards points) (including Australia, New Zealand, Singapore, Papua New Guinea and Fiji).


14. Allow 6-8 weeks for Airline Rewards to be credited to your frequent flyer account.


15. Once Airline Rewards have been credited to your designated frequent flyer account, they cannot be moved to another participating frequent flyer program account.

23. Southwest Airlines®: All Rapid Rewards rules and regulations apply. Southwest Airlines Rapid Rewards® Members must present their account number to receive 0.5 credits per stay. Members must allow 4-6 weeks after hotel stay for credits to be deposited into their Rapid Rewards account.

2. You may redeem 5,000 Choice Privileges points for 1,000 miles or points with Air Canada Aeroplan®, Alaska Airlines Mileage Plan, American Airlines AAdvantage program, Continental Airlines OnePass®, Czech Airlines OK Plus, Delta SkyMiles®, MexicanaGO, FREE SPIRIT™, United Mileage Plus® or US Airways® Dividend Miles® or 6,000 Choice Privileges points for 1.5 Southwest Airlines Rapid Rewards® credits, or 20,000 Choice Privileges points for 50 Air New Zealand Airpoints Dollars, 3,000 Qantas Frequent Flyer or 3,000 Velocity Rewards points by redeeming your Choice Privileges points online or by calling the Choice Service Center and providing your frequent flyer number or visiting choiceprivileges.com.


3. A maximum of 32 Southwest Airlines Rapid Rewards® credits can be redeemed per day. Any redemptions totaling more than 32 credits will be rejected.


4. Airline Rewards cannot be exchanged for Choice Privileges points.


5. Allow 6-8 weeks for Airline Rewards to be posted to your airline account when redeeming Choice Privileges points for Airline Rewards.


6. Changes, reissuance or recredit of Choice Privileges points is not allowed once you have made a request to exchange Choice Privileges points for Airline Rewards.
