To initiate a search, type your question in the search field and click the "Ask" button. A list of related responses will be displayed. To refine or narrow your search, simply add more descriptive words to the search terms you have already entered and search again.

You can enter a complete question or type a few keywords. Simple directed questions work better than complex or multi-part questions.

You can search for an exact phrase by adding quotation marks around the requested phrase.

Example: "Best Internet Rate Guarantee" vs. Best Internet Rate Guarantee:
Search will look for the exact words that appear together in the same order that you entered them in double quotes.

Use correct spelling and grammar to get the most accurate answers. Correct capitalization is not required, but can sometimes help to locate names and acronyms.
