Just follow these simple steps to make a claim.

1. Please review the terms and conditions.
2. Book a confirmed room on choicehotels.com, choicehotels.ca, choicehotelseurope.com, choicehotels.com.au, choicehotelsmexico.com or one of our brand websites: comfortinn.com, comfortsuites.com, qualityinn.com, sleepinn.com, clarioninns.com, cambriasuites.com, mainstaysuites.com, suburbanhotels.com, econolodge.com and rodeway.com.
3. Shop for a better rate on alternative Internet websites for that same hotel, the same room, on the same date, in the same currency, and for the same number of people.
4. Inform Choice of the lower rate by filling out the online claim form and submitting it within 24 hours after booking a hotel room which also must be at least 72 hours prior to your scheduled arrival at any hotel. Just submit a Best Internet Rate Guarantee claim form.
5. The Choice Hotels Customer Support center will verify whether your claim is valid and will contact you by e-mail or phone. If your claim is confirmed, we will contact your Choice hotel and adjust your room rate for you.
6. Best Internet Rate Guarantee applies to original reservation only. Any changes to reservation constitutes a new reservation and rates offered under original guarantee will no longer apply.
7. Should any dispute arise with respect to this guarantee, the laws of Maryland, U.S.A. will apply in settling the matter.
