The festival features traditional acoustic or electric blues, southern soul and sacred steel music.The event has a reputation for attracting leading artists such as Ruth Brown, Honeyboy Edwards, Robert Lockwood Jr and Pinetop Perkins, who have all received lifetime achievement awards.
