It's a celebration of local food and drink accompanied by an exceptional multi-arts, culture, community and sports programme.Visitors wander between rows of market stalls, trying mouthwatering seafood, berries and cream, wine and innovative food combinations prepared by top Tasmanian chefs.
The Food and Beverage Theatre hosts daily activities like tasting sessions and interactive workshops for kids. See the professionals in action too, with cooking demonstrations from celebrity chefs and up-and-coming culinary talents.
By night, the theatre turns into The Taste Festival Club, hosting ticketed events to tantalise your tastebuds. Accompany your dinner with sultry music at the Jazz Night or try a taste of North Africa at the Moroccan Tagine Feast.
