|  |  Frankfurt Christmas MarketOver 200 stalls along the river and at the Römerberg are decorated with festive fairy lights for Frankfurt's Christmas Market. Pick up traditional pastries, mulled Glühwein wine and wooden toys. The 30-metre-high Swiss Christmas tree is an attraction in itself!The opening ceremony takes place on the Römerberg stage and the fair is especially attractive around this area, not far from the River Main. Every day at 9.05am, 12.05pm and 5.05pm there is a carillon from the balcony of the Nikolaikirche. Advent concerts also take place on the Römerberg stage. |
