Watch them enter the world and then the sea in quick succession at Bundaberg's Mon Repos Conservation Park, part of the Woongarra Marine Park.The best time to see the turtles is at night between the middle of November and February. Book your visit in advance, as only a limited number of people are allowed to visit the beach each day.
Rangers are on hand to provide educational commentary and guided beach tours, so you can discover the secrets of this beautiful park whilst learning about the lifestyle of endangered species, and witness one of nature's miracles into the bargain. |
