|  |  Food and Farming FairThe Taste of Sussex Food and Farming Fair brings food producers from across the South East region to the Weald and Downland Open Air Museum to showcase a fine assortment of comestibles, ranging from locally produced cheeses and beef to chutneys, beer and spices.Visitors can sample farmhouse cakes, marinades and sauces, award-winning beers and wines, sausages and bacon, succulent meat and game, delicious ice cream, aromatic bread, coffees and fresh vegetables, then wander to their heart's content in the historical setting of the medieval farmstead, period cottages and gardens. The Taste of the South East cookery theatre features local produce demonstrations and talks throughout the two days. |
