Rodeo The Brush Rodeo, billed as the world's largest open rodeo (both amateurs and professionals compete), is held in Brush on the first 4 days of July, with all the usual rodeo events (including the popular wild-cow milking contest), plus a parade, kids' games, a dance, and fireworks. Stock-Car Racing Fans head to Fort Morgan's I-76 Speedway (tel. 970/867-2101), where they can see late-model, street stocks, ministocks, midgets, minisprints, microsprints, dwarf cars, and IMCA modifieds race on a quarter-mile, high-banked dirt oval track from late March through October. |
