Getting There -- Brunswick and Bath are both on Route 1. Brunswick is accessible via Exits 22 and 23 off I-95. If you're bypassing Brunswick and heading north up Route 1 to Bath or beyond, continue up I-95 and exit at the "coastal connector" exit in Topsham, which avoids some of the slower going through Brunswick.

Visitor Information -- The Bath-Brunswick Region Chamber of Commerce, 59 Pleasant St., near downtown Brunswick (tel. 207/725-8797 or 207/443-9751), offers information and lodging assistance Monday through Friday from 8:30am to 5pm. The chamber also staffs a summer-only information center on Route 1 between Brunswick and Bath; open daily from 10am to 7pm.
