Century Transportation (tel. 315/455-5151) provides taxi and van service at Syracuse Hancock International Airport. There are five major car-rental agencies at the airport. By Car -- Syracuse is located at the intersection of two major highways: Interstate 81, running north-south, and the New York State Thruway, I-90, running east-west. By Bus -- Greyhound and Trailways stop in Syracuse at the Regional Transportation Center, 130 P and C Pkwy., Syracuse (tel. 315/472-4421 or 315/472-5338). By Train -- Amtrak (tel. 800/USA-RAIL) travels to Syracuse from New York City, Buffalo, Boston, and other cities. The Regional Transportation Center is located at 130 P and C Pkwy. Getting Around OnTrack City Express trains (tel. 315/424-1212) run from Syracuse University to the main station at Armory Square, 269 W. Jefferson St., and Carousel Center mall.
