1. Eligibility: The Cambria Suites Million Point Giveaway (the "Sweepstakes") is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are at least the age of majority in the state in which they reside at the time of entry. Employees of Choice Hotels International Services Corp. and its parent and affiliate companies as well as the immediate family (spouse, parents, siblings and children) and household members of each such employee are not eligible. Subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Void where prohibited. Participation constitutes entrant's full and unconditional agreement to these Official Rules and Sponsor's decisions, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Sweepstakes. Winning a prize is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth herein.
2. Sponsor: Choice Hotels International Services Corp., 10750 Columbia Pike, Silver Spring, MD 20901 ("Sponsor").
3. Promotion Period: The Sweepstakes begins on September 1, 2008 at 12:01 a.m. Eastern Time ("ET") and ends on June 30, 2009 at 11:50 p.m. ET (the "Promotion Period"). Sponsor's computer is the official time keeping device for the Sweepstakes. Throughout the Promotion Period, ten (10) Monthly Drawings will be held as follows ("Monthly Drawing Periods"):
   1. First Monthly Drawing - September 1, 2008 at 12:01 a.m. ET until September 30, 2008 at 11:50 p.m. ET.
   2. Second Monthly Drawing - October 1, 2008 at 12:01 a.m. ET until October 31 2008 at 11:50 p.m. ET.
   3. Third Monthly Drawing - November 1, 2008 at 12:01 a.m. ET until November 30, 2008 at 11:50 p.m. ET
   4. Fourth Monthly Drawing - December 1, 2008 at 12:01 a.m. ET until December 31, 2008 at 11:50 p.m. ET.
   5. Fifth Monthly Drawing - January 1, 2009 at 12:01 a.m. ET until January 31, 2009 at 11:50 p.m. ET.
   6. Sixth Monthly Drawing - February 1, 2009 at 12:01 a.m. ET until February 28, 2009 at 11:50 p.m. ET.
   7. Seventh Monthly Drawing - March 1, 2009 at 12:01 a.m. ET until March 31, 2009 at 11:50 p.m. ET.
   8. Eight Monthly Drawing - April 1, 2009 at 12:01 a.m. ET until April 30, 2009 at 11:50 p.m. ET.
   9. Ninth Monthly Drawing - May 1, 2009 at 12:01 a.m. ET until May 31, 2009 at 11:50 p.m. ET.
   10. Tenth Monthly Drawing - June 1, 2009 at 12:01 a.m. ET until June 30, 2009 at 11:50 p.m. ET.

4. How to Enter: NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. There are two ways to enter the Sweepstakes for each Monthly Drawing.

   Cambria Suites Method of Entry: Complete a stay at any Cambria Suites hotel during the Promotion Period and you will automatically receive one (1) entry for each night of your stay, into the corresponding Monthly Drawing Period. Reservations booked using Choice Privileges® Points are not eligible to receive entries into the Sweepstakes. Entries will be awarded in the name of the person who booked the reservation, regardless of the number of individuals included in the reservation.

   Alternate Methods of Entry: You may enter without purchase during the Promotion Period by (1) visiting http://www.cambriasuites.com/sweeps/entry and following the instructions for entry. Entry is limited to one submission per person per day. Multiple entries received from any entrant will void all such additional entries. Entries must be completed in English. All entry form information must be complete and accurate. Incomplete and inaccurate entries will not be considered. E-mail entries will be deemed to have been submitted by the authorized account holder of the e-mail address at the time of the entry. The authorized account holder is the person to whom the applicable internet service provider or other organization (such as a business or educational institution) has assigned the e-mail address. Electronic entries submitted via "cookie" from a user's computer will be deemed to have been submitted by the authorized user who was logged in at that computer terminal at the time the entry was submitted or (2) hand print your name, complete address (including zip code), email address, & telephone number on a plain 3" X 5" card and mailing your entry to: Cambria Suites Million Point Giveaway, 10750 Columbia Pike, Silver Spring, MD, 20901. Each mailed entry will count as one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes for the corresponding Monthly Drawing Period. Entries for each Monthly Drawing must be postmarked by the last day of the applicable Monthly Drawing Period, and be received by Sponsor not more than seven (7) days thereafter, to be eligible for that month's drawing. If the last day of any month during the Promotion Period is a Sunday or holiday, you may postmark your entry by the following day. Mechanically reproduced mailed entries are automatically void.

   LIMIT: One entry per person, per day, regardless of entry method. Entries submitted during one Monthly Drawing Period are not eligible for any subsequent Monthly Drawings. All entries become the property of Sponsor and will not be returned or acknowledged. Any entries that are incomplete, illegible, altered, counterfeited or tampered with or obtained other than through legitimate and authorized sources are void. Sponsor shall not be responsible for illegible, damaged, lost, forged, late, stolen, postage due, incomplete, undelivered/undeliverable or misdirected entries.

5. Prize Drawing: Sponsor will randomly select one (1) potential winner for each of the ten (10) Monthly Drawing Periods from all eligible entries received during each Monthly Drawing Period for a total of ten (10) potential winners. The random drawing for each Monthly Drawing will occur on or about the 15th day following the end of each Monthly Drawing Period. Sponsor's decisions as to the administration and operation of the Sweepstakes and the selection of the potential winners are final and binding in all matters related to the Sweepstakes. The potential winners will be notified by mail or email. The potential winners may be required to sign and return to Sponsor, within seven (7) business days of the date notice is sent, an affidavit of eligibility and liability/publicity release in order to claim their prize. If a potential winner cannot be contacted, or fails to sign and return the affidavit of eligibility and liability/publicity release within the required time period, the potential winner forfeits the prize. Receipt of a prize by a potential winner is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements described herein. Potential winners must continue to comply with all terms and conditions of these Official Rules after prize notification. In the event that a potential winner is disqualified for any reason, Sponsor will award the applicable prize to an alternate winner by random drawing from among all remaining eligible entries for the Monthly Drawing Period.
6. Prizes: Ten (10) winners will each receive 100,000 Choice Privileges Points. Approximate Retail Value ("ARV") of each Prize: $500. ARV of all prizes: $5,000. Prizes will be awarded via a posting of 100,000 points to the winner's Choice Privileges account within 10 days of receipt by Sponsor of prize acceptance documents. To redeem the prize, each winner will be required to become a member of Choice Privileges. There is no cost associated with membership. Membership details may be reviewed at www.choiceprivileges.com. Prizes are non-transferable and no substitution will be made except as provided herein at the Sponsor's sole discretion. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize for one of equal or greater value if the designated prize should become unavailable for any reason. Winner is responsible for all taxes and fees associated with prize receipt and/or use. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received during the applicable Monthly Drawing Period. LIMIT: one prize per person.
7. Release: By receipt of any prize, winner agrees to release and hold harmless Sponsor, and its subsidiaries, affiliates, suppliers, distributors, advertising/promotion agencies, and prize suppliers, and its respective parent companies and such companies' officers, directors, employees and agents (collectively, the "Released Parties") from and against any claim or cause of action, including, but not limited to, personal injury, death, or damage to or loss of property, arising out of participation in the Sweepstakes or receipt or use or misuse of any prize.
8. Publicity: Except where prohibited, participation in the Sweepstakes constitutes winner's consent to Sponsor's and its agents' use of winner's name, likeness, photograph, voice, opinions and/or hometown and state for promotional purposes in any media, worldwide, without further payment or consideration.
9. General Conditions: By entering this Sweepstakes, entrants agree to abide by these Official Rules. Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend and/or modify the Sweepstakes, or any part of it, if any fraud, technical failures or any other factor beyond Sponsor's reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Sweepstakes, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Sweepstakes or to be acting in violation of these Official Rules or any other promotion or in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner. Any attempt by any person to deliberately undermine the legitimate operation of the Sweepstakes may be a violation of criminal and civil law, and, should such an attempt be made, Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law. Sponsor is not responsible for any non-intentional, incorrect or inaccurate information associated with the Sweepstakes or for any technical or human error that may occur in the administration of the Sweepstakes. Sponsor's failure to enforce any term of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision.
10. Limitations of Liability: The Released Parties are not responsible for: (1) any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by entrants, printing errors or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Sweepstakes; (2) unauthorized human intervention in any part of the entry process or the Sweepstakes; (3) technical or human error which may occur in the administration of the Sweepstakes or the processing of entries; or (4) any injury or damage to persons or property which may be caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from entrant's participation in the Sweepstakes or receipt or use or misuse of any prize. If for any reason an entrant's entry is confirmed to have been erroneously deleted, lost, or otherwise destroyed or corrupted, entrant's sole remedy is another entry in the Sweepstakes, provided that if it is not possible to award another entry due to discontinuance of the Sweepstakes, or any part of it, for any reason, Sponsor, at its discretion, may elect to hold a random drawing from among all eligible entries received up to the date of discontinuance for any or all of the prizes offered herein. No more than the stated number of prizes will be awarded. In event that production, technical, seeding, programming or any other reasons cause more than stated number of prizes as set forth in these Official Rules to be available and/or claimed Sponsor reserves the right to award only the stated number of prizes by a random drawing among all legitimate, unawarded, eligible prize claims.
11. Disputes: Except where prohibited, entrant agrees that: (1) any and all disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Sweepstakes or any prize awarded shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by the Montgomery County, District Court in Maryland; (2) any and all claims, judgments and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with entering this Sweepstakes, but in no event attorneys' fees; and (3) under no circumstances will entrant be permitted to obtain awards for, and entrant hereby waives all rights to claim, indirect, punitive, incidental and consequential damages and any other damages, other than for actual out-of-pocket expenses, and any and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of the entrant and Sponsor in connection with the Sweepstakes, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of Maryland, U.S.A. without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules (whether of the State of Maryland or any other jurisdiction), which would cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than the State of Maryland.
12. Entrant's Personal Information: By entering the Sweepstakes, you are deemed to have accepted the provisions of Sponsor's privacy policy, located at www.choicehotels.com and agree to Sponsor's use of your personal information as described therein. 13.
