If you are not satisfied with your accommodations or our service, please inform the front desk staff immediately. If we cannot correct the situation to your satisfaction, you will not be charged for your room. Guest must advise front desk staff of problem right away, and give them an opportunity to make the situation right. If hotel staff is unable to satisfy the guest, they must credit the guest a maximum of one night's room rental. Not all international hotels participate in this program. |

Active duty/retired military personnel, federal government employees, cost contractors and employees of foreign governments are eligible for pre-defined per diem rates for the local area. Government program rates are reserved for travel on official government business only for federal employees. Military personnel, their dependents and members of several government/military oriented associations are extended the rate for official and leisure travel. An eligible party must occupy the room to qualify for this program rate. Rate is subject to availability.
