William Hill Winter Festival

Kempton Park Racecourse hosts the annual William Hill Winter Festival over Boxing Day weekend. The meeting is a true feast of jump racing, and features the King George VI Chase, made famous by Desert Orchid's hat-trick of wins in 1988-90.
The 2009 William Hill Winter Festival could see history being made. Kauto Star, winner of the King George VI Chase three times running, goes for his fourth straight victory. If successful, Kauto Star would break Desert Orchid's 19-year record.
The occasion promises to be the highlight of a great weekend of jump racing, which features three Grade 1 races on the Saturday.

Instrucciones:Readily accessible by road and ideally situated to benefit from the motorway links between the M4/M3 and M25. On race days there are special AA racing signposts for some miles around the vicinity of Kempton Park. Fast and frequent trains run from London Waterloo to Kempton Park (where the station is right on the course).
