Hotel alerts
Rooms mandatorily must be cleaned at least once every three days. If housekeeping Is denied access and unable to clean the room, the reservation may be cancelled, and the guest will be asked to leave to ensure cleanliness standards are maintained.
Housekeepers are not permitted to move guest belongings. The only exception is if the guest is being removed from the property. Additional housekeeping, towels, toiletries and linens can be requested by calling the front desk.
Housekeeping service is as follows Daily Room Refresh consists of trash removal, replacement of dirty towels with clean ones and bed making with the same linens. Full Room Service for stays longer than three nights consist of a full room cleaning and linen change to be conducted every third day.
Due to ongoing repairs and maintenance our pool is currently closed.
As we are not an extended hotel, we will not allow any stays over 7 days at our hotel. We take this precaution to make sure our rooms stay clean. Any reservation over 7 days will be subject to cancellation as we are not an extended stay property. 20.00 USD Early Check-In fee will be applied for Check-Ins between 7AM to 1PM based on availability. Cash-paying, 3rd-party, SRD (Choice Free Night Stay) and pre-paid reservation guests must produce photo identification and a 100.00 USD security deposit, which is refundable upon room inspection and the room is found to be free of physical damages and no stolen items. Please be mindful that cash deposits can only be returned after 9:30 a.m. when housekeeping report to work. The credit card refund process could take 7-10 business days. All cards are subject to be authorized up to 24 hours before arrival. Any declined credit cards will be treated as a non-guarantee and cancelled, NO EXCEPTIONS.
