Hotel alerts
Mandatory H. Rooms must be cleaned at least once every three days. If housekeeping is denied access and unable to clean the room, the reservation may be cancelled, and the guest will be asked to leave to ensure cleanliness standards are maintained.
A 30 cleaning fee will be charged if the housekeeper is unable to clean due to excessive clutter. Housekeepers are not permitted to move guest belongings.
Housekeeping Service. Daily Room Refresh Trash removal, replacement of dirty towels with clean ones, and bed-making with the same linens. Full Room Service For stays longer than three nights, a full room cleaning and linen change will be conducted every third day. Additional housekeeping, towels, toiletries, and linens can be requested by calling the front desk.
Payment and Incidentals. A card for a 50 incidental hold is required. We accept credit and debit cards only. Gift cards, prepaid cards, loadable cards, Cash App, Venmo, and similar payment methods are not accepted. Credit cards are preferred over debit cards due to bank authorization holds.
Cash-paying guests must pay the amount of room, plus tax and a 100.00 USD deposit. The deposit is returned at check-out if the guests have not smoked, damaged or incurred any incidental charges. Please be advised the hotel does not accept guests within a 30 mile radius. All hotel guests must have ID showing a residence at least 30 miles away from the hotel in order to checkin. Additional Fees. Early check in is available for a fee of 30USD plus tax. If your card declines on the day of arrival, we will attempt to contact you once to update your payment method. If we cannot reach you, your reservation will be cancelled in accordance with our 24-hour cancellation policy
