The hotel shuttle is a complimentary service offered to guest going on a cruise. We explain when we drop you off you sign up for a specific time. When you return we pick you up in the order in which you call so if everyone gets off the ship at once there will be no delay in picking you up. We have 2 shuttles and it can handle 10 passengers each unless someone has a scooter then it is 6 passenger.

Only one Vehicle is allowed to park complimentary Per Guest Room, any additional vehicle will be an additional charge.

Must be 21 years or older to reserve a room., A valid ID must be presented at time of check-in. Shuttle Service to and from Galveston Cruise Terminal; charges apply, contact hotel directly. Cancellation policy to 72 hours prior to arrival date. Penalty to do so will result in a charge of the 1st night room plus tax. Only 1 vehicle per room will be complimentary. There will be an additional fee for extra vehicles.

Pets are allowed. Dogs only. $50.00 base fee plus $25.00 per pet per night. Refundable deposit of $150.00 under 50 pounds. Maximum of 2 pets per room.
