On Sunday, September 26th, America went undercover with Steve Joyce, President & CEO of Choice Hotels International, as he hit the frontlines of his own company and got an exhausting, first-hand look at the hotel industry on the season premiere of Undercover Boss, the CBS Emmy Award-nominated series. Steve gained a fresh perspective on the daily operations of four different Choice brand hotels while he worked personally with the people who represent the company and serve hotel guests. He also had the opportunity to stay in the company’s hotels as a guest to see how they were taking care of their guests.
