Any guests that has an address within a 60 mile radius of King George, VA are restricted from staying on property. Any smoking on the property, including Hookah, cigarettes, cannabis, vapes, incense, candles, the smell of smoked products, and any other burning products will incur a non-refundable smoking charge of up to 400.00 USD and future barring from property. Also,Cash App, Venmo, Chime, GreenDot, PayPal are not accepted for check-in or incidentals. They may be used at Checkout only to finalize all charges. Additionally, gift cards are not accepted as any form of payment. All cards must go through the hotel automated verification process. During the check-in process, there is an additional incidental fee of $100 required, in addition to the cost of the room and tax that is required for check-in. This will be released by the hotel at checkout and returned to the card used as determined by the customer financial institution. Parking is offered for a nominal fee based on vehicle size.
