Hotel requires all rooms to have a Valid CC on file. No cash deposits. Please note that the hotel reserves the right to charge a deposit to validate your credit card prior to arrival. Hotel reserves the right to cancel all rooms guaranteed with an invalid method of payment without notice. DEBIT CARD USERS Please note that if you use a debit card to secure your stay, the full amount, including room rate, taxes, and an anticipated incidental authorization of $50.00, will be captured and authorized from your account. Your card will be charged at checkout and this authorization may still remain. EARLY DEPARTURES Individuals credit card will be charged for one 1 evening room and tax for early departures notified after check-in. Any unused funds will be released by the hotel upon check-out. AUTHORIZATIONS Authorizations are released at the discretion of your banking institution. This process could take up to 14 business days before your banking institution returns the funds to your account.
