All reservations must be secured with a valid Credit or debit card for the entire length of stay. The property is not responsible for bank fees and the funds held on guests' cards. Please note that authorizations on credit cards can take 3-5 business days to be released by your bank. Due to the new EMV credit card rules, credit cards will be authorized for your hotel stay at 4pm on the last day of the free cancellation window. Upon arrival, your card will be charged for the full amount of the reservation.
We offer an in-room safe in all our guest rooms for the protection of personal property, such as passports, computers, and other personal belongings, for a fee with contents insurance provided by the safe manufacturer. Please check with the front office agent at check-in for the fee details. Let the front office agent know at that time, if you do not wish to use the safe and contents insurance.
