All guest must be 21 yr old to rent a room with a deposit of 75.00 USD per guest in cash that is 25 or under. Hotel does NOT have elevators or microwaves and is NOT Oceanfront, access is 1mi away. Valid credit card and picture ID at check-in. If paying for another guest, you must supply authorization form, copy of credit card and ID. You must sign this and state who you are paying for. We do NOT accept cashiers or travelers checks. Hotel rates based on two adults and two children under 17. Additional person is 10.00 USD per room which can sleep up to 5 people. No indoor parking available. Bus parking only with group.
