Prado Hotel Incidental Policy. To ensure a smooth and enjoyable stay for all our guests, Prado Hotel requires a valid credit or debit card at check-in to cover incidental charges.

Please review the details of our policy, 1. Incidental Deposit, an authorization holds of 100.00 USD per night will be placed on your card at check-in. This is a temporary hold and not an actual charge.

1. Pool Hours -The pool opens daily 9am to 9pm 2. Pool Access -Access the pool is restricted to registered hotel guests only -A valid room keycard and wristband are required for entry. Wrist will be provided during check in 3. Safety Rules -Diving and rough play strictly the pool area -Running, horseplay, or disruptive behavior is not allowed -Avoid tampering with safety devices in the pool area -No food and drinks are permitted in the pool area -you must completely dry off before leaving the pool area -No Lifeguards are on duty; guests swim at their own risk 4.Health and Hygiene -To ensure the safety and comfort of all guests, individuals who appear ill or are under the influence alcohol/drugs may be asked to leave the pool area 5. Smoking -Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited in the pool area 6. Noise and Music -Guests must maintain the quiet of the pool area -Noise levels should remain reasonable Music is not allowed but headphones or earphones may be 7. Liability -There must be one adult per three kids Credit card policy- We require a card on file for incidentals and damages for guests that pay cash at check in. No Cashapp or Chime card payments are accepted. Hotel charge early check in fee of 50 USD before 2:00PM and 25 USD after 2:00PM -There is a 100USD incidental fee per reservation.

Pets are allowed. Midsize Domestic Animal. Pet fee of 50.00 USD per pet per night. 2 pets maximum, 30LB max.

Service animals are permitted, without charge.
