Meeting space in North Portland
Planning an event in North Portland? Our two meeting spaces off I-5 are conveniently situated for guests arriving from the PDX airport or downtown Portland. The 650-square-foot Columbia Room is available for meetings of up to 40 people. For smaller groups, choose the 279-square-foot Mt. Hood Boardroom, which provides seating for up to 14.
Business and event space
The Columbia Room can accommodate multiple layouts and seating configurations. The space also adjoins an outdoor patio, perfect for fresh-air breaks between sessions. For smaller meetings, our second-floor Mt. Hood Boardroom with park views and lots of natural light is a fantastic option.
We offer free WiFi, have fantastic catering partners, and audiovisual equipment is available on request. You can use the business center to work on presentations ahead of your meeting and take advantage of the 55-inch TVs to livestream them during your event. Ask about group rates on accommodations for out-of-town guests.
