This hotel is 100 percent Non-Smoking. At time of check-in, if paying with a debit card, the entire stay will be charged. It could take 7-10 days for the bank to transfer funds back if the payment method is changed. No-shows and late cancellations will be charged for the first night stay. All local residents, anyone living within a 40 mile radius, or cash paying guests, be required to pay a $150.00 deposit, in addition to the initial authorization done at check-in. The deposit will be refunded after check-out, as long as there are no damages to the room.
