Our 3 event spaces in western South Dakota are perfect for a variety of events and can accommodate up to 60 guests. Our knowledgeable staff members are happy to help you choose which of our Rapid City conference facilities—totaling more than 1,500 square feet—will work for you. The largest, named the “Rushmore Room,” is 884 square feet, the “Black Hills Room” is 370 square feet and our Boardroom is perfect for smaller gatherings at 261 square feet. Amenities include: Free WiFi, state-of-the-art audiovisual equipment and support staff, flat-screen TVs, wireless or wired laptop connectivity, handheld wired/wireless microphones, wireless lapel microphone, polycom conference phones and projection screens. Full-service catering is also available.
