Hotel requires a physical credit card and valid matching photo identification from the registered guest upon check in. This includes all prepaid and 3rd party reservations. Hotel requires a refundable security deposit in the amount of 200.00cad upon check in. Hotel does not accept cash or debit as deposits. Hotel does not accept third party authorization forms for individuals. Hotel will not allow local Chilliwack residents staying at property. Hotel offers 1 parking space per registered room. Hotel has no parking spaces available for oversized vehicles and trucks, any oversized vehicle will be towed at owners expense. Reservations made through any third party company including online travel agencies are fully governed by the terms and conditions set by that provider. Early departures are not permitted on third party bookings, and cancellation policies cannot be waived or modified by the Comfort Inn Chilliwack under any circumstances. We strongly encourage guests to review the contract and policies of the third party company before completing a reservation.

Hotel allows pets in pet friendly rooms only. Hotel will charge a 20.00 CAD per night, per pet. Maximum weight of 25lbs per pet, a maximum of 2 small pets per room. Hotel will require a 25.00 CAD refundable pet deposit upon check in.
