The Maximum length of stay is 27 nights. Hotel does not accept or allow guests staying over 27 nights.
Valid government ID and credit card required for check-in. All credit and debit cards are pre-authorized and charged prior to check-in. Declined credit cards are subject to reservation cancellation. Hotel staff will be on lunch break from 2:30 am to 3:30 am. No service will be provided to anyone during the lunch time. Any guest is coming at late night then inform us in advance and our staff will try to accommodate you as requested. Pets are not allowed. We accept Certified Service Animal that is individually trained to perform tasks for persons with disabilities. We request that all service animals be registered with all proper documentation including rabies shot for dogs, copy of medical record must be presented. All service animals must be in control of the registered guest all the time and must not be left alone in the hotel room. Owner shall be 100% liable and responsible for any incidental charges or any kind damages by their service dog during their stay. No fees or no deposits are charged for service animals. Daily full housekeeping services are provided and are encouraged to all guest to take that services. We do participate in the energy conservation program of San Diego county. Hotel will not give any discount or any credit for any inconvenience or complaint in the room or about your stay, though hotel staff will try to resolve any complaint in the best possible way
