Guests included Harry S. Truman, Bette Davis and Clint Eastwood. Over time, the hotel was converted to a senior living facility, and in 1998 was bought and restored to its former glory as a hotel. Today, the Hotel Bothwell, an Ascend Collection™ Hotel, is listed in the National Register of Historic Places.
