Extensions prior to 6am night audit will be free of charge. Extensions past the 6am night audit will be assessed a 25.00 USD fee if the guest would like to keep the same room without checking out. If the guest agrees to check out at or prior to 11am and recheck in at 3pm, no extra charges will be added, however, the same room is not guaranteed.

Early check outs will be assessed as per reservation policy. There will be a 25.00 USD charge per hour for late check outs past 1200pm.

Age limit for staying with us is 18 years or older. We do not accept cash at this location. Credit Card or Debit Card payments only. No deposits are held prior to check-out. Valid incidental credit cards are required for charges that may be assessed after stay. This is a smoke-free hotel. Smoking in rooms and walk-way is NOT allowed. If guest would like to smoke, they have to be 25 feet away from the building. Emotional support animals are not included under service animals according to ADA policy and therefore will be charged for their stay with us. The ADA does not override public health rules that prohibit dogs in swimming pools. However, service animals are allowed on the pool deck and in other areas where the public is allowed to go. Semi-truck parking is unavailable. Only cars and small RVs can be accommodated. Early check-in is assessed upon availability. There is a $25 early check-in fee for all guests except for Diamond Elite Choice Privilege members. Any reservation past 6am night audit cannot be checked in. If arrival is past 6am, please call ahead to inform the front desk.

Only dogs are allowed. 25.00 USD per night, per dog. Maximum of 2 dogs per room.

Service animals are permitted, without charge.
