Guest must be Credit Card holder. Please ensure the name on the reservation and credit card are one and the same. Provincial/State Drivers License or ID card is required as ID. Foreign travelers may present Passport, otherwise Provincial ID is required. Hotel cannot accept Health Cards as identification. All guests must present a bank issued credit card at check in, regardless if the reservation is prepaid, the guest must have their own credit card for the Security deposit. No Exceptions. Reservations must be booked with a bank issued credit card, otherwise the reservation will be cancelled without notice. The hotel does not accept Cash, Canadian Debit Visa or Debit MasterCard, prepaid credit cards, Apple or Google Wallet transactions or gift cards. If you are travelling with your pet please ensure you book a ground floor room as they are the only rooms that are pet friendly. Ensure you advise the hotel under special requests that you are bringing your pet. Hotel has no elevators, access to second floor by stairs only. 100.00 CAD deposit is required, this is collected by credit card only. Deposit is released at check out. Finalization of release completed by bank can take 3-15 business days.

Pets are allowed. 25.00 CAD per night. Refundable deposit of 100.00 CAD. Maximum of 2 pets per room. Pet size limit of 80 pounds. Pets permitted in designated pet-friendly rooms on the main floor only.
