Meeting Rooms rate will be upon availability. We have picnic area with grills. A 100 USD is required upon check in. Check-in can be from 3pm-12pm. Debit or credit cards will be charged at time of check in for amount of stay. It may take 7-10 days for bank to transfer funds back if the method of payment is changed or deposit authorized. For cash paying guest hotel does require a 100 USD cash deposit in addition to the cost of the room. If no incidentals charges occur, the security deposit is refundable after 2pm. There is a charge of up to 250 USD if you smoke in a non smoking room or have pets in the rooms, as we are not a pet friendly hotel.
