All reservations using cash, debit card, and prepaid card are required to provide a security deposit of 150.00 USD at check-in. Said deposit will be refunded after inspection of the room at check-out, provided there are no missing items, smoke smell, or damage. Any clearing time to return funds to your account is dependent solely upon the financial institution used. When hotel is over 80 percent capacity, the first night will be charged to the card on file for all arriving reservations.
