Guests must be 21 or older to rent a room & must present a valid government-issued photo ID & a chip-enabled credit card matching the guests name. Early check-in & late check-out are based on availability. Amenities include a picnic area with gazebo and TV, free high-speed fiber-optic Wi-Fi, and sports channels in every room. Cancellation and prepayment policies vary by reservation. Truck, trailer, and bus parking is available next door at Avid Signs & Graphics. All direct, 3RD party, & CLC reservations require a valid credit card for incidentals, with up to $150 per room charged. A $15 processing fee applies to each incidental charge or refund. Deposits are refunded after check-out & room inspection if there is no smoking, pet damage, excessive cleaning, or other damage. Cash deposits up to $150 are accepted. Reservations from guests living within 50 miles of the hotel are not accepted. Choice Free Night & CLC reservations must be booked at least 150 days in advance & confirmed with the hotel by phone before arrival otherwise, the reservation may not be accepted & applicable charges may remain nonrefundable.

Pets are allowed at $30 per night, per pet, with a maximum of one pet per room and 30 lbs. Service animals are permitted at no charge. Call the hotel for pet or service-animal requirements.
