The Quality Hotel™ Taylors Lakes is located on the Melton Highway, approximately 25 minutes from Melbourne and a short drive from Melbourne (Tullamarine) airport. The hotel is located next to Taylors Lakes Shopping Centre, and is just two kilometres from Watergardens Shopping Centre and train station. Easily accessible, it’s a great base for exploring the fast-growing Taylors Lakes area. Taylors Lakes is located 23 kilometres north-west of Melbourne. The area gets its name from one of its earliest European settlers - William Taylor. The Scotsman built the Overnewton Homestead in the area in 1849 and the area was called Taylors Creek in his honour, which was then changed to Taylors Lakes.
