Should I offend other guest or staff with the use of Marijuana in my room or other areas I understand I can only be evicted without refund at any time. Should it be determined by the hotel staff that I had been smoking in the room, I understand there will be a $300 cleaning charge added to my bill. Pets, cats, and dogs are only allowed in designated rooms only, there is a $20 pet fee charged nightly unless the pet is a service animal. I understand there will be a $300 cleaning charge for undeclared pets in undesignated rooms. Check-out time is 11:00AM should I stay past this time without prior consent from the hotel I understand I will be charged an additional nights stay. I acknowledge that I am financially responsible for all damages to the hotel room or common areas caused by myself or the other persons occupying the guest room. I agree that my liability for this bill is not waived and agree to be held personally liable in the event that the indicated person, company, or association fails to pay the full amount of these charges.Guests must be 21 years of age or older to check in. A $75 deposit is mandatory for all reservations. This is a non-smoking property. Smoking in the room will result in a $350 cleaning fee and immediate eviction from the room.
