Breakfast is available daily. Guest Rooms are serviced by Housekeeping every seven days for our extended-stay guests. Weekly and Monthly rates are available; please call the hotel directly for assistance at (719) 792-3382. We no longer accept prepaid or reloadable credit/debit cards, as well as cash payments. Should I offend other guest or staff with the use of Marijuana in my room or other areas I understand I can only be evicted without refund at any time. Should it be determined by the hotel staff that I had been smoking in the room, I acknowledge that I am financially responsible for all damages to the hotel room or common areas caused by myself or the other persons occupying the guest room. I agree that my liability for this bill is not waived and agree to be held personally liable in the event that the indicated person, company, or association fails to pay the full amount of these charges. A $75 deposit is mandatory for all reservations. This is a non-smoking property. Smoking in the room will result in a $350 cleaning fee and immediate eviction from the room.

I acknowledge a 300USD fee for undeclared pets in non-designated rooms. Pets are allowed only in designated rooms with a 20USD nightly fee, except service animals. Check-out is 11AM late departure without approval incurs an extra nights charge.
