Hotel is 100 percent Non-Smoking. Hopper (being used to book through Capital One points system) is not prefilling their virtual cards with any tax money. They claim to be tax exempt (as per their policy claiming Colorado is a single remittance state) Upon checking with Choice Hotels, they are to pay all taxes on each of their reservations. Please contact Hopper to update them on the correct policy that should be employed through them. This will obviously help out so many franchises through Choice that are having problems with the third party Hopper.
