Guests must be 21 years of age or older to check in. A valid government-issued photo ID in the guest's name and a matching credit card used for the booking are required at check-in. Payment by credit card only is required at the time of booking and no later than within 72 hours prior to arrival. A refundable USD 100.00 cash or credit card deposit per room is required at check-in for incidentals. A Hotel Service Fee of USD 5.00 plus an Airport-Cruise Port Recovery Fee of USD 2.00 per room, per night, will be collected at the hotel. Early check-in and late check-out may be available for a nominal fee, subject to availability. Cancellations made after the cancellation deadline, as well as no-shows, will result in a penalty equal to the entire length of stay plus applicable taxes and fees. No refunds will be issued after the cancellation deadline or for no-shows. Advance purchase reservations are strictly non-cancellable, non-changeable, and non-refundable. Long-term parking and oversized vehicle parking are available for an additional fee. Only the registered guest may check in and access the room; no exceptions will be made.
