A 40 USD is required upon check in as Security Deposit. Check-in Time is after 3pm Early check in with fee based on availability. Debit or credit cards could be Authorized at time of reservation for total amount of stay. It may take 7-10 business days for bank to transfer funds back if the method of payment is changed or deposit authorized. For cash paying guest hotel does require a 40 USD cash deposit in addition to the cost of the room. If no incidentals charges occur, the security deposit is refundable after 2pm. There is a charge of up to 250 USD if you smoke in a non smoking room or have pets in the rooms, as we are not a pet friendly hotel.
