All guests must provide a valid government issued photo ID and credit card with the same name that was used for booking the reservation, including Prepaid and Noncancellable rate plan reservation. We strongly discourage using Debit Cards as funds may be held up to 10 days, entirely at the discretion of your financial institution. No Cash or gift cards as a method of payment. Credit and Debit cards will be charged the first night room and tax 72 hours prior to arrival day. If for any reason that card declines, we reserve the right to immediately cancel the reservation. Payment in full by Credit Card or Debit Card is required at check-in. Advance payment policy is subject to change during Special Events. Please be advised that a 100.00 USD fee for security deposit is required upon arrival. The deposit is only an authorization that will fall off not an actual charge. Housekeeping will be provided after second or third night.
