A valid government issued photo ID is required at check-in. Guests must be 18 years or older to check in. Payment may be made by cash, credit card, or debit card. If a credit or debit card is used, the card will be charged for the total room cost, applicable taxes, and any incidentals. If someone other than the registered guest is paying for the room and is not staying at the property, a completed Credit Card Authorization Form is required prior to check-in, along with a copy of the cardholder's photo ID. The hotel reserves the right to decline third-party payments without proper authorization. A $50 security deposit is required ONLY for guests traveling with pets. The deposit may be paid by cash or card and is refundable after check-out, subject to no damage, excessive cleaning, or policy violations. Refunds to cards may take 3 to 15 business days, depending on the bank. The hotel reserves the right to impose a maximum stay limit at its discretion. Guests staying on an SRD reservation or using points are required to provide a 300.00 USD cash deposit, which will be refunded upon checkout following a room inspection.

Pets are allowed only in designated pet-friendly rooms. Pet charge 25.00 USD per pet per night. Pet limit 2 pets per room, maximum 50 pounds each. If excessive mess, damage, or odor is found, a $150 cleaning fee will apply. Service animals are permitted.
