As we are not an extended hotel, we will not allow any stays over 5 days at our hotel. We take these precautions to make sure our rooms stay clean. Any reservations over 5 days are subject to cancel as we are not an extended stay hotel.
15.00 Early Check In fee will be applied for Check In between 7AM to 1PM based on availability. All guests will require a minimum of 50.00 USD to 200.00 USD incidental deposits (depends on number of people staying and how many nights). All deposit will only be accepted in form of a personal credit/debit card. NO GIFT PREPAID CARDS. Hotel will strictly follow smoking fee and cleaning fee. If the room is left in a mess then extra cleaning fee will be charge in rate from 25 to 250 depending on the condition of the room. Same goes for smoking smell in room. All reservations credit cards will be run between 1PM-4PM on day of arrival. Any decline cards reservation will get one call from the hotel. We will cancel them by 4:30PM on day of arrival if we do not get response per non-guarantee policy.
