We will pre-authorize guests credit cards before arrival for all policy types. We will put an authorization hold for the first night on guests' credit cards and we will contact all guests if the credit card used to reserve declines. If a guest's credit or debit card declines, the reservation can be cancelled and sold to others if we are unable to pre-authorize a reservation and guarantee the room. We will pre-authorize guests' credit cards after free cancellation ends. A refundable $200.00 USD deposit for all debit and credit card reservations. No cash deposits will be accepted, must be a debit card or credit card. However, guests may pay cash for the room charges, but not the deposit. The deposit is released after check out and there are no damages for incidentals. Hotel will do their best to accommodate all special requests, but they cannot guarantee that all will be met. Credit or debit card must be present to check in or credit card holders written authorization will be required by a form provided by the hotel. Must be 21 years or older to check-in.
