All reservation are subject to a valid government-issued photo ID, chip-enabled credit-debit card & there is an additional 100.00 USD security deposit that is required per reservation at check in. First night charge will be preauthorized on the Check-in day and reservations made with declined CC may result in cancellation without notice. Name on Card MUST match that of registered guest. For prepaid reservations you will be required to present the same CC you reserved/paid with upon check-in. Default room rates are for 2 persons in the room. Extra charge of 10 USD per person within the maximum occupancy per room type. Extra bed are available for a 30 USD fee. Your room will be held until 6 PM for your scheduled arrival date. If you do not arrive or notify the property and do not cancel your reservation by the cancellation deadline, your credit card will be charged 1 night's stay plus tax. Must be 21 years of age with valid photo ID to book a reservation and must have one adult (18 or older) in each room. One parking space per guest room allowed. All in-room dishwashers are in the process of being replaced and may not be available in all guestrooms. Renovation is taking place to upgrade the facilities so room design may look different than in online photos.
